BARBARA PUGSLEY
Estimator
Creative and innovative, Barbara works directly with contractor preconstruction and estimating partners to determine project requirements. She provides accurate and comprehensive estimates, including material quantities, equipment and loading requirements, labor needs, creative construction solutions, and value engineering options.
With over a decade of experience in various roles within construction management and general contracting, Barbara brings a wealth of industry relationships and hands-on knowledge to her work. She is a valuable addition to both our Interiors and Exteriors teams.

Project Manager
With eight years of experience in interior commercial construction, Carlos is known for his responsiveness and strong communication skills. He brings a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to overseeing exterior projects.
Carlos’ expertise extends beyond project management—he also manages back-office operations and implements technology and process improvements to foster seamless collaboration across disciplines. With a strong background in managing complex projects, Cory oversees all aspects of execution—from planning and budgeting to on-site management. His leadership and commitment to client satisfaction ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Currently working toward his Phious certification, Victor is focused on enhancing his ability to deliver energy-efficient, sustainable solutions, directly contributing to successful project outcomes. His leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make him a key driver of efficient, on-budget, and high-quality projects.

Our Capabilities
Safety is a Key Concern
It goes without saying. Safety affects time, cost, quality, and productivity. We support a commitment to on-the-job safety using experienced and trained workers to deliver the best possible installation for our clients.
ExtAW requires all field personnel including Site Supervisors, foremen, and Field Installers to maintain their OSHA 30 and CPR certificates. Select foremen or leads also include OSHA 510 certification for construction safety standards.
